Return and Exchange Policy
GUIDELINES ON RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
- CHANGE ITEM. We allow customers to exchange items (change of mind) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Wrong Computation or Estimate. If FC is at fault or wrong computation, the Company must resolve the issue. For the wrong computation of the client, FC has no responsibility and must not be allowed to return the items unless there is a defect or imperfection.
- Returned items should be physically presented with their Original Sales Invoice (SI) at the same branch it was purchased.
- Transactions requiring pull-out and delivery of new items for exchange must first be inspected by FC personnel at the site where items are located before final approval and pull-out.
- For changed items, it must be in their Original Form, meaning it should be with box and must not be tampered or vandalized.\
- For tampered items: Return, Exchange, and Refund of all items not in their whole original form (Cut Products, Broken, Stained, and Installed, etc.) will not be accepted.
- REFUND. Customers can refund or exchange items if the product purchased have imperfections or defects (R.A. 7394)
- FC serves the right to investigate each request before deciding to accept the return, exchange, or refund.
